KBB Consulting specializes in working with cities and counties across Northeast Texas to administer the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs' (TDHCA) HOME Homeowner Rehabilitation Program.

We provide hands-on support throughout the entire process of determining whether the program is right for you to launching and implementing the program in your community.

When implementing the HOME Program for localities, we strive to be part of your team. We come by to see if anyone has any questions, to pick up applications, and to exchange paperwork. We’ll go to the courthouse to record affidavits. Swing by the local paper to check on legal notices. We work with surveyors, architects, engineers, title companies, construction teams. And we’ll meet and support project applicants throughout the process.
